Dose gradient assessment at the new CERN CHARM irradiation facility / Infantino, A (CERN) ; Cangialosi, C (CERN) ; Krawina, M (CERN) ; Brucoli, M (CERN) ; Brugger, M (CERN) ; De Carvalho Saraiva, J P (CERN) ; Danzeca, S (CERN)
CERN CHARM facility provides a unique complex radiation environment characterized by particle energy spectra representative of high-energy accelerators, ground and atmospheric conditions and space applications. CHARM is conceived to be an irradiation facility for the qualification of large electronic systems and components in a mixed field radiation environment generated from the interaction of a 24 GeV/c proton beam with a copper or aluminium target. Measurement of $Z\rightarrow\tau^+\tau^-$ production in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 8$ TeV / LHCb Collaboration
A measurement of $Z\rightarrow\tau^+\tau^-$ production cross-section is presented using data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb$^{-1}$, from $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=8$ TeV collected by the LHCb experiment. The $\tau^+\tau^-$ candidates are reconstructed in final states with the first tau lepton decaying leptonically, and the second decaying either leptonically or to one or three charged hadrons. [...]

Single event effects in high-energy accelerators / García Alía, Rubén (CERN) ; Brugger, Markus (CERN) ; Danzeca, Salvatore (CERN) ; Cerutti, Francesco (CERN) ; de Carvalho Saraiva, Joao Pedro (CERN) ; Denz, Reiner (CERN) ; Ferrari, Alfredo (CERN) ; Foro, Lionel L (CERN) ; Peronnard, Paul (CERN) ; Røed, Ketil (U. Oslo (main)) et al.
The radiation environment encountered at high-energy hadron accelerators strongly differs from the environment relevant for space applications. The mixed-field expected at modern accelerators is composed of charged and neutral hadrons (protons, pions, kaons and neutrons), photons, electrons, positrons and muons, ranging from very low (thermal) energies up to the TeV range. Radiation Environments and their Impact at the CERN's Injector Chain / De Carvalho Saraiva, Joao Pedro (Universite Paul Sabatier (FR)) ; Brugger, Markus (CERN)
Mixed particle and energy radiation fields present at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and its Injector Chain are responsible for failures on electronic devices located in the vicinity of the accelerator beam lines. [...]

Monte Carlo simulations and benchmark studies at CERN's accelerator chain / De Carvalho Saraiva, Joao Pedro (Toulouse III U.) ; Brugger, Markus (CERN)
Mixed particle and energy radiation fields present at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and its accelerator chain are responsible for failures on electronic devices located in the vicinity of the accelerator beam lines. These radiation effects on electronics and, more generally, the overall radiation damage issues have a direct impact on component and system lifetimes, as well as on maintenance requirements and radiation exposure to personnel who have to intervene and fix existing faults. Radiation levels at CERN's injectors and their impact on electronic equipment / De Carvalho Saraiva, Joao Pedro (CERN) ; Brugger, Markus (CERN)
Electronic devices operating in hostile radiation environments, such as those found close to high-energy particle accelerators, can suffer from different types of radiation induced failures. [...]

Planck 2015 results. XXVI. The Second Planck Catalogue of Compact Sources / Planck Collaboration
The Second Planck Catalogue of Compact Sources is a catalogue of sources detected in single-frequency maps from the full duration of the Planck mission and supersedes previous versions of the Planck compact source catalogues. It consists of compact sources, both Galactic and extragalactic, detected over the entire sky. [...]

Planck 2015 results. I. Overview of products and scientific results / Planck Collaboration
The European Space Agency's Planck satellite, dedicated to studying the early Universe and its subsequent evolution, was launched 14~May 2009 and scanned the microwave and submillimetre sky continuously between 12~August 2009 and 23~October 2013. In February~2015, ESA and the Planck Collaboration released the second set of cosmology products based on data from the entire Planck mission, including both temperature and polarization, along with a set of scientific and technical papers and a web-based explanatory supplement. Planck 2013 results. XXIX. Planck catalogue of Sunyaev-Zeldovich sources / Planck Collaboration
We describe the all-sky Planck catalogue of clusters and cluster candidates derived from Sunyaev--Zeldovich (SZ) effect detections using the first 15.5 months of Planck satellite observations. The catalogue contains 1227 entries, making it over six times the size of the Planck Early SZ (ESZ) sample and the largest SZ-selected catalogue to date. [...]

Planck 2013 results. XXVIII. The Planck Catalogue of Compact Sources / Planck Collaboration
The Planck Catalogue of Compact Sources (PCCS) is the catalogue of sources detected in the first 15 months of Planck operations, the "nominal" mission. It consists of nine single-frequency catalogues of compact sources, both Galactic and extragalactic, detected over the entire sky. [...]
