Study of the χ$_{c1}$(3872) State in Decays of Beauty Hadrons
in the LHCb Experiment
/ Pereima, D Yu (Kurchatov Inst., Moscow) ; Egorychev, V Yu (Kurchatov Inst., Moscow) ; Belyaev, I M (Kurchatov Inst., Moscow)
The first observation of the $\Lambda _{b}^{0}$ → χ$_{c1}$(3872)pK$^{–}$ decay and the results of precision measurements of χ$_{c1}$(3872) state parameters in the B$^{+}$ → χ$_{c1}$(3872)K$^{+}$ decays are presented. Relative branching fractions of $\Lambda _{b}^{0}$ → χ$_{c1}$(3872)pK$^{–}$ and $\Lambda _{b}^{0}$ → ψ(2S)pK$^{–}$ decays, as well as B$^{+}$ → χ$_{c1}$(3872)K$^{+}$ and B$^{+}$ → ψ(2S)K$^{+}$ are measured. Calibration of the LHCb electromagnetic calorimeter via reconstructing the neutral-pion invariant mass
/ Belyaev, I M (Moscow, ITEP) ; Golubkov, D Yu (Moscow, ITEP) ; Egorychev, V Yu (Moscow, ITEP) ; Polikarpov, S M (Moscow, ITEP) ; Savrina, D V (Moscow, ITEP ; SINP, Moscow)
The calibration of the LHCb electromagnetic calorimeter is a multistep procedure aimed at reconstructing photon and electron energies to a precision not poorer than 2%. A method based on measuring the neutral-pion invariantmass is applied at the last step of this procedure. [...]

Investigation of exotic charmonium states in the LHCb experiment
/ Polyakov, I O (Moscow, ITEP) ; Belyaev, I M (Moscow, ITEP) ; Egorychev, V Yu (Moscow, ITEP)
The most recent results of investigations into exotic charmonium states in the LHCb experiment are presented. The quantum numbers of the X(3872) state were measured, a piece of evidence for the decay X(3872)→ ψ(2S)γ was obtained, and the existence of the Z(4430)$^{-}$ state was confirmed. [...]

Search for new decays of beauty baryons in the LHCb Experiment
/ Belyaev, I M (Moscow, ITEP) ; Egorychev, V Yu (Moscow, ITEP) ; Matiunin, V I (Moscow, ITEP) ; Savrina, D V (Moscow, ITEP ; SINP, Moscow)
The results of search for new decays of beauty baryons in the LHCb experiment are presented. In particular the new decays $\Lambda_{b}^{0}\rightarrow \psi (2S)p\pi^{−}$, ${\rm{\Lambda }}_b^0 \to {\rm{\Lambda }}_c^ + p\overline p {\pi ^ - }$ , $\Lambda_{b}^{0}\rightarrow pK^{−}\pi^{+}\pi^{−}, \Lambda_{b}^{0}\rightarrow pK^{−}K^{+}K^{−}, \Xi_{b}^{0}\rightarrow pK^{−}\pi^{+}\pi^{−}, \Xi_{b}^{0}\rightarrow pK^{−}\pi^{+}K^{−}$ are observed and ratios of branching fractions are measured. Calibration system of the LHCb hadronic calorimeter
/ Pereima, D Yu (Moscow, ITEP ; Moscow Phys. Eng. Inst.) ; Golubkov, D Yu (Moscow, ITEP) ; Guz, Yu P (Serpukhov, IHEP) ; Dzhelyadin, R I (Serpukhov, IHEP) ; Egorychev, V Yu (Moscow, ITEP) ; Konoplyannikov, A K (Moscow, ITEP)
The Hadron Calorimeter of LHCb (HCAL) is one of the four sub-detectors of the experiment calorimetric system, which also includes: Scintillator Pad Detector (SPD), Pre-Shower Detector (PS), and electromagnetic (ECAL) calorimeter. The main purpose of HCAL is to provide data for Level-0 trigger for selection events with high transverse energy hadrons. [...]

Study of $\pi^{0}/\gamma$ reconstruction and selection efficiency in the LHCb experiment
/ Belyaev, I M (Moscow, ITEP) ; Govorkova, E M (Moscow, ITEP ; SINP, Moscow) ; Egorychev, V Yu (Moscow, ITEP) ; Savrina, D V (Moscow, ITEP ; SINP, Moscow)
The reconstruction efficiency of photons and neutral pions is measured using the relative yields of reconstructed B$^{+}$ → J/ψK*$^{+}$(→K$^{+}$π$^{0}$) and B$^{+}$ → J/ψK$^{+}$ decays. The efficiency is studied using the data set, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb$^{–1}$, collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions at the centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV..
