First Results from Axion Haloscope at CAPP around 10.7 $\mu$eV / CAPP Collaboration
The Center for Axion and Precision Physics research at the Institute for Basic Science is searching for axion dark matter using ultra-low temperature microwave resonators. We report the exclusion of the axion mass range 10.7126$-$10.7186 $\mu$eV with near Kim-Shifman-Vainshtein-Zakharov (KSVZ) coupling sensitivity and the range 10.16$-$11.37 $\mu$eV with about 9 times larger coupling at 90$\%$ confidence level. Jarlskog determinant and data on flavor matrices / Kim, Jihn E. (Kyung Hee U.) ; Kim, Se-Jin (Kyung Hee U. ; CERN) ; Nam, Soonkeon (Kyung Hee U.) ; Shim, Myungbo (Kyung Hee U.)
The essences of the weak CP violation, the quark and lepton Jarlskog invariants, are determined toward future model buildings beyond the Standard Model (SM). The equivalence of two calculations of Jarlskog invariants gives a bound on the CP phase in some parametrization. [...]

Measurement of the mass difference between top quark and antiquark in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 8$ TeV / CMS Collaboration
The invariance of the standard model (SM) under the CPT transformation predicts equality of particle and antiparticle masses. This prediction is tested by measuring the mass difference between the top quark and antiquark (Delta m[t] = m[t] - m[t-bar]) that are produced in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 8 TeV, using events with a muon or an electron and at least four jets in the final state. A possible relation between leptogenesis and PMNS phases / Covi, Laura (Gottingen U. ; CERN) ; Kim, Jihn E. (Pusan Natl. U.) ; Kyae, Bumseok (Pusan Natl. U. ; Korea Inst. Advanced Study, Seoul) ; Nam, Soonkeon (Kyung Hee U.)
The CP phase relevant in the leptogenesis is related to the PMNS phase in case only one CP phase appears in the full theory. Thus, the CP phase is introduced by spontaneous CP violation at a high energy scale toward realizing the successful Kobayashi-Maskawa electroweak CP violation. [...]

Measurement of jet fragmentation in PbPb and pp collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 2.76 TeV / CMS Collaboration
The jet fragmentation function of inclusive jets with transverse momentum $p_T$ above 100 GeV/c in PbPb collisions has been measured using reconstructed charged particles with $p_T$ above 1 GeV/c in a cone of radius 0.3 around the jet axis. A data sample of PbPb collisions collected in 2011 at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 2.76 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 150 inverse-microbarns is used. Measurement of the ratio of inclusive jet cross sections using the anti-$k_T$ algorithm with radius parameters R=0.5 and 0.7 in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV / CMS Collaboration
Measurements of the inclusive jet cross section with the anti-$k_t$ clustering algorithm are presented for two radius parameters, R=0.5 and 0.7. They are based on data from LHC proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.0 inverse-femtobarns collected with the CMS detector in 2011. [...]

Description and performance of track and primary-vertex reconstruction with the CMS tracker / CMS Collaboration
A description is provided of the software algorithms developed for the CMS tracker both for reconstructing charged-particle trajectories in proton-proton interactions and for using the resulting tracks to estimate the positions of the LHC luminous region and individual primary-interaction vertices. Despite the very hostile environment at the LHC, the performance obtained with these algorithms is found to be excellent. [...]

Search for supersymmetry with razor variables in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV / CMS Collaboration
The razor approach to search for R-parity conserving supersymmetric particles is described in detail. Two studies are considered: an inclusive search for new heavy particle pairs decaying to final states with at least two jets and missing transverse energy, and a dedicated search for final states with at least one jet originating from b quarks.
