Labview-Based Template for Enhanced Accelerator Systems Control: Software Solutions for the CERN-ISOLDE Facilities / Charrondière, Cedric (CERN) ; Andreassen, Odd (CERN) ; Benoit, Antoine (Unlisted, CH) ; Boorman, Gary (Unlisted, CH) ; Galetti, Elena (CERN) ; Heinke, Reinhard (CERN) ; Le, Line (CERN) ; Marsh, Bruce (CERN) ; Rossel, Ralf (CERN) ; Rothe, Sebastian (CERN) et al.
ISOLDE is part of the experimental infrastructure with-in the CERN accelerator complex that provides radioac-tive ion beams for studies of fundamental nuclear phys-ics, astrophysics, condensed matter physics and medical applications. Complementing the available controls in-frastructure, an easy-to-use set of applications was devel-oped to allow operators to record and display signals from multiple sources, as well as to provide drivers for non-standard, custom-made instruments and specialized off-the-shelf components. LINAC4 Laser Profile and Emittance Meter Commissioning / Goldblatt, Aurélie (CERN) ; Andreassen, Odd (CERN) ; Boorman, Gary (JAI, UK) ; Bosco, Alessio (JAI, UK) ; Gibson, Stephen (JAI, UK) ; Hofmann, Thomas (Unlisted, CH) ; Roncarolo, Federico (CERN) ; Tagg, Joseph (CERN)
The CERN LINAC4 is now equipped with two laser profile and emittance meters, a basically non destructive measurement of the transverse beam profile, not limited by the beam power density. The light of a pulsed laser is trans- ported through optical fibers and focused into the 160 MeV/c $H^{-}$ beam. [...]

First Beam Tests at the CERN SPS of an Electro-Optic Beam Position Monitor for the HL-LHC / Arteche, Alberto (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Bashforth, Sophie (JAI, UK) ; Boorman, Gary (Royal Holloway, U. of London ; JAI, UK) ; Bosco, Alessio (Royal Holloway, U. of London ; JAI, UK) ; Chritin, Nicolas (CERN) ; Gibson, Stephen (Royal Holloway, U. of London ; JAI, UK) ; Krupa, Michal (CERN) ; Lefèvre, Thibaut (CERN) ; Levens, Thomas (CERN)
An Electro-Optic Beam Position Monitor is being developed for the HL-LHC, aimed at the detection of high order proton bunch instabilities and as a diagnostic for crabbed bunch rotation. A prototype EO-BPM was installed in the CERN SPS during 2016 and recent first beam tests of the EO pick-up are presented. [...]

Commissioning of the Operational Laser Emittance Monitors for LINAC4 at CERN / Hofmann, Thomas (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Boorman, Gary (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Bosco, Alessio (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Gibson, Stephen (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Roncarolo, Federico (CERN)
A laser-based emittance monitor has been developed to non-invasively measure the transverse emittance of the LINAC4 H⁻ beam at its top energy of 160MeV. After testing several sub-systems of the instrument during linac commissioning at intermediate energies, two instruments are now permanently installed. [...]

A low-power laserwire profile monitor for H$^{-}$ beams: Design and experimental results / Hofmann, T (JAI, UK ; CERN) ; Boorman, G E (JAI, UK) ; Bosco, A (JAI, UK) ; Gibson, S M (JAI, UK) ; Roncarolo, F (CERN)
An instrument to non-destructively measure the transverse profile of an H − beam has been developed and tested at CERN’s new LINAC4. The vertical profile of the H − beam has been measured, at beam commissioning energies of 50, 80 and 107 MeV. [...]

Experimental Results of a Compact Laserwire System for Non-Invasive H⁻ Beam Profile Measurements at CERN's Linac4 / Gibson, Stephen (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Boorman, Gary (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Bosco, Alessio (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Hofmann, Thomas (CERN ; Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Raich, Uli (CERN) ; Roncarolo, Federico (CERN)
A non-invasive laserwire system is being developed for quasi-continuous monitoring of the transverse profile and emittance of the final 160 MeV beam at CERN's LINAC4. As part of these developments, a compact laser-based profile monitor was recently tested during LINAC4 commissioning at beam energies of 50 MeV, 80 MeV and 10⁷ MeV. [...]

Design of a Laser-based Profile Monitor for LINAC4 Commissioning at 50 MeV and 100 MeV / Hofmann, Thomas (CERN) ; Boorman, Gary (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Bosco, Alessio (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Bravin, Enrico (CERN) ; Gibson, Stephen (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Griesmayer, Erich (CIVIDEC, Vienna) ; Raich, Uli (CERN) ; Roncarolo, Federico (CERN)
A laser-based profile monitor has been designed for commissioning of CERN's LINAC4 accelerator at 50 MeV and 100 MeV, as part of the development of a non-destructive profile and emittance monitor foreseen for the final 160 MeV beam. The system is based on a low power laser which is scanned through the H⁻ beam. [...]
