Muon Collider Forum Report
/ Black, K.M. (U. Wisconsin, Madison (main)) ; Jindariani, S. (Fermilab) ; Li, D. (LBNL, Berkeley) ; Maltoni, F. (Louvain U., CP3 ; INFN, Bologna ; U. Bologna, DIFA) ; Meade, P. A multi-TeV muon collider offers a spectacular opportunity in the direct exploration of the energy frontier. Offering a combination of unprecedented energy collisions in a comparatively clean leptonic environment, a high energy muon collider has the unique potential to provide both precision measurements and the highest energy reach in one machine that cannot be paralleled by any currently available technology. Nb$_3$Sn RRP Strand and Rutherford Cable Development for a 15 T Dipole Demonstrator
/ Barzi, E. (Fermilab) ; Andreev, N. (Fermilab) ; Li, P. (Fermilab) ; Lombardo, V. (Fermilab) ; Turrioni, D. (Fermilab) ; Zlobin, A. V. (Fermilab)
Keystoned Rutherford cables made of 28 strands and with a stainless steel core were developed and manufactured using 1-mm Nb$_3$Sn composite wires produced by Oxford Superconducting Technology with 127 and 169 restacks using the Restacked-Rod-Process. The performance and properties of these cables were studied to evaluate possible candidates for 15-T accelerator magnets..

Development and test of single-bore $Cos \vartheta$ Nb$_3$Sn dipole models with cold iron yoke
/ Andreev, N (Fermilab) ; Ambrosio, G (Fermilab) ; Barzi, E (Fermilab) ; Carcagno, R (Fermilab) ; Chichili, D R (Fermilab) ; DiMarco, J (Fermilab) ; Feher, S (Fermilab) ; Imbasciati, L (Fermilab) ; Kashikhin, V V (Fermilab) ; Lamm, M (Fermilab) et al.
Two short Nb$_3$Sn dipole models based on a single-bore cos-theta coil with a cold iron yoke were fabricated and tested at Fermilab. This paper summarizes the details of magnet design and fabrication procedure, and reports the test results including quench performance and quench heater studies, and the magnetic measurements..

Development and test of Nb$_3$Sn cos-theta dipoles based on PIT strands
/ Zlobin, A V (Fermilab) ; Ambrosio, G (Fermilab) ; Andreev, N (Fermilab) ; Barzi, E (Fermilab) ; Bossert, R (Fermilab) ; Carcagno, R (Fermilab) ; Chichili, D R (Fermilab) ; Elementi, L (Fermilab) ; Feher, S (Fermilab) ; Kashikhin, V V (Fermilab) et al.
Fermilab is involved in the development of new generation high-field accelerator magnets using state-of-the-art Nb$_3$Sn strands produced using different technologies. Two 1-m long models-mirror configuration and dipole magnet-were fabricated recently at Fermilab based on powder-in-tube (PIT) Nb$_3$Sn strands with small effective filament size. [...]

Test results of shell-type Nb$_3$Sn dipole coils
/ Feher, S (Fermilab) ; Ambrosio, G (Fermilab) ; Andreev, N (Fermilab) ; Barzi, E (Fermilab) ; Carcagno, R (Fermilab) ; Chichili, D R (Fermilab) ; Kashikhin, V (Fermilab) ; Kashikhin, V V (Fermilab) ; Lamm, M J (Fermilab) ; Orris, D (Fermilab) et al.
Several different shell type coils were made by using the 'wind-and-react' technique, installed in a mirror magnet configuration and tested at Fermilab. The results revealed that the previously suspect splice technique is adequate and is not responsible for the quench performance limitation. [...]

Within the US Magnet Development Program (MDP) a 15 T Nb3Sn dipole was developed, to demonstrate a magnet design for a post-LHC pp Collider. The magnet design is based on 60 mm aperture 4-layer shell-type coils, graded between the inner and outer layers to maximize the magnet performance. [...]
