Measurement of the inclusive $t\bar{t}$ production cross section in the lepton+jets channel in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$= 7 TeV with the ATLAS detector using support vector machines / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement of the top quark pair-production cross section in the lepton+jets decay channel is presented. It is based on 4.6 fb$^{-1}$ of $\sqrt{s} = 7$ TeV $pp$ collision data collected during 2011 by the ATLAS experiment at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. [...]

Measurement of the top-quark mass using a leptonic invariant mass in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13~\textrm{TeV}$ with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement of the top-quark mass ($m_t$) in the $t\bar{t}\rightarrow~\textrm{lepton}+\textrm{jets}$ channel is presented, with an experimental technique which exploits semileptonic decays of $b$-hadrons produced in the top-quark decay chain. The distribution of the invariant mass $m_{\ell\mu}$ of the lepton, $\ell$ (with $\ell=e,\mu$), from the $W$-boson decay and the muon, $\mu$, originating from the $b$-hadron decay is reconstructed, and a binned-template profile likelihood fit is performed to extract $m_t$. Two-particle Bose–Einstein correlations in ${ pp }$ collisions at $\mathbf {\sqrt{s} = 13}$ TeV measured with the ATLAS detector at the LHC / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper presents studies of Bose-Einstein correlations (BEC) in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, using data from the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. Data were collected in a special low-luminosity configuration with a minimum-bias trigger and a high-multiplicity track trigger, accumulating integrated luminosities of 151 $\mu$b$^{-1}$ and 8.4 nb$^{-1}$ respectively. [...]

Measurement of single top-quark production in association with a W boson in the single-lepton channel at $\sqrt{s} = 8\,\text {TeV}$ with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The production cross-section of a top quark in association with a $W$ boson is measured using proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 8$ TeV. The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 20.2 fb$^{-1}$, and was collected in 2012 by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. [...]

Observation of electroweak production of two jets and a Z-boson pair / ATLAS Collaboration
Electroweak symmetry breaking explains the origin of the masses of elementary particles via their interactions with the Higgs field. Besides the measurements of the Higgs boson properties, the study of the scattering of massive vector bosons (with spin one) at the Large Hadron Collider allows to probe the nature of electroweak symmetry breaking with an unprecedented sensitivity. Xcache in the ATLAS Distributed Computing Environment / ATLAS Collaboration
Built upon the Xrootd Proxy Cache (Xcache), we developed additional features to adapt the ATLAS distributed computing and data environment, especially its data management system RUCIO, to help improve the cache hit rate, as well as features that make the Xcache easy to use, similar to the way the Squid cache is used by the HTTP protocol. We are optimizing Xcache for the HPC environments, and adapting the HL-LHC Data Lakes design as its component for data delivery [...]

Continuous Software Quality analysis for the ATLAS experiment / Washbrook, Andrew (University of Edinburgh) /ATLAS Collaboration
The regular application of software quality tools in large collaborative projects is required to reduce code defects to an acceptable level. If left unchecked the accumulation of defects invariably results in performance degradation at scale and problems with the long-term maintainability of the code. [...]

The hadronic part of the electron structure function F2e has been measured for the first time, using e+e− data collected by the DELPHI experiment at LEP, at centre-of-mass energies of s=91.2–209.5 GeV . The data analysis is simpler than that of the measurement of the photon structure function. [...]

Electroweak Measurements in Electron-Positron Collisions at W-Boson-Pair Energies at LEP / ALEPH Collaboration
Electroweak measurements performed with data taken at the electron-positron collider LEP at CERN from 1995 to 2000 are reported. The combined data set considered in this report corresponds to a total luminosity of about 3~fb$^{-1}$ collected by the four LEP experiments ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL, at centre-of-mass energies ranging from $130~GeV$ to $209~GeV$ [...]
