Focus topics for the ECFA study on Higgs / Top / EW factories
/ de Blas, Jorge (Granada U.) ; Koppenburg, Patrick (Nikhef, Amsterdam) ; List, Jenny (DESY) ; Maltoni, Fabio (Louvain U.) ; Maestre, Juan Alcaraz (Madrid, CIEMAT) ; Alimena, Juliette (DESY) ; Alison, John (Carnegie Mellon U.) ; Azzi, Patrizia (INFN, Padua) ; Azzurri, Paolo (INFN, Pisa) ; Bagnaschi, Emanuele (CERN ; INFN, Italy) et al.
In order to stimulate new engagement and trigger some concrete studies in areas where further work would be beneficial towards fully understanding the physics potential of an $e^+e^-$ Higgs / Top / Electroweak factory, we propose to define a set of focus topics. [...]

Post-LS3 Experimental Options in ECN3
/ Ahdida, Claudia (CERN) ; Arduini, Gianluigi (CERN) ; Balazs, Kincso (CERN) ; Bartosik, Hannes (CERN) ; Bernhard, Johannes (CERN) ; Boyarsky, Alexey (Leiden University (NL)) ; Brod, Joachim (University of Cincinnati) ; Brugger, Markus (CERN) ; Calviani, Marco (CERN) ; Ceccucci, Augusto (CERN) et al.
The Experimental Cavern North 3 (ECN3) is an underground experimental cavern on the CERN Prévessin site. ECN3 currently hosts the NA62 experiment, with a physics programme devoted to rare kaon decays and searches of hidden particles approved until Long Shutdown 3 (LS3). [...]

Probing Long-lived Axions at the KOTO Experiment
/ Afik, Yoav (CERN) ; Döbrich, Babette (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Jerhot, Jan (Louvain U., CP3) ; Soreq, Yotam (Technion) ; Tobioka, Kohsaku (Florida State U. ; KEK, Tsukuba)
While the main goal of the J-PARC KOTO experiment is to measure the rare decay $K_L \to \pi^0 \nu \bar \nu$, the unique setup of KOTO raises the possibility to search for physics beyond the Standard Model, in an attempt to probe parts of the parameter space which are not covered by other experiments. In this paper, we test the possibility of using KOTO to search for heavy QCD axions, or axion-like particles, a well-motivated extension of the Standard Model emerging in a variety of models. [...]

Self-consistent extraction of spectroscopic bounds on light new physics
/ Delaunay, Cédric (Annecy, LAPTH ; CERN) ; Karr, Jean-Philippe (Paris, Lab. Kastler Brossel ; U. Evry) ; Kitahara, Teppei (KMI, Nagoya ; KEK, Tsukuba ; Beijing, Inst. Theor. Phys.) ; Koelemeij, Jeroen C.J. (Vrije U., Amsterdam) ; Soreq, Yotam (Technion) ; Zupan, Jure (Cincinnati U.)
Fundamental physical constants are determined from a collection of precision measurements of elementary particles, atoms and molecules. This is usually done under the assumption of the Standard Model~(SM) of particle physics. [...]

The Forward Physics Facility at the High-Luminosity LHC
/ Feng, Jonathan L. (UC, Irvine) ; Kling, Felix (DESY) ; Reno, Mary Hall (Iowa U.) ; Rojo, Juan (NIKHEF, Amsterdam ; Vrije U., Amsterdam) ; Soldin, Dennis (Delaware U.) ; Anchordoqui, Luis A. (Lehman Coll.) ; Boyd, Jamie (CERN) ; Ismail, Ahmed (Oklahoma State U.) ; Harland-Lang, Lucian (Oxford U. ; Oxford U., Theor. Phys.) ; Kelly, Kevin J. (CERN) et al.
High energy collisions at the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (LHC) produce a large number of particles along the beam collision axis, outside of the acceptance of existing LHC experiments. The proposed Forward Physics Facility (FPF), to be located several hundred meters from the ATLAS interaction point and shielded by concrete and rock, will host a suite of experiments to probe Standard Model (SM) processes and search for physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM) [...]

New Physics Searches at Kaon and Hyperon Factories
/ Goudzovski, Evgueni (Birmingham U.) ; Redigolo, Diego (CERN ; INFN, Florence) ; Tobioka, Kohsaku (Florida State U. ; KEK, Tsukuba) ; Zupan, Jure (Cincinnati U.) ; Alonso-Álvarez, Gonzalo (McGill U.) ; Alves, Daniele S.M. Rare meson decays are among the most sensitive probes of both heavy and light new physics. Among them, new physics searches using kaons benefit from their small total decay widths and the availability of very large datasets. [...]
