Production of K$^{*}(892)^{0}$ and $\phi(1020)$ in pp and Pb$-$Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 5.02$ TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The production of K$^{*}(892)^{0}$ and $\phi(1020)$ mesons in proton-proton (pp) and lead-lead (Pb$-$Pb) collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 5.02$ TeV has been measured using the ALICE detector at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The transverse momentum ($p_{\mathrm{T}}$) distributions of K$^{*}(892)^{0}$ and $\phi(1020)$ mesons have been measured at mid-rapidity $(|y|<0.5)$ up to $p_{\mathrm{T}}$ $=$ 20 GeV$/c$ in inelastic pp collisions and for several Pb$-$Pb collision centralities. Charged-particle multiplicity fluctuations in Pb–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm {NN}}}$  = 2.76 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
Measurements of event-by-event fluctuations of charged-particle multiplicities in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 2.76 TeV using the ALICE detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are presented in the pseudorapidity range $|\eta|<0.8$ and transverse momentum $0.2 < p_{\rm T} < 2.0$ GeV/$c$. The amplitude of the fluctuations is expressed in terms of the variance normalized by the mean of the multiplicity distribution. [...]

Charm-quark fragmentation fractions and production cross section at midrapidity in pp collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
Recent $p_{\rm T}$-integrated cross section measurements of the ground-state charm mesons and baryons, $\mathrm{D^0}$, $\mathrm{D^+}$, $\mathrm{D_s^+}$, $\Lambda_\mathrm{c}^+$, and $\Xi_\mathrm{c}^0$, are used to evaluate the charm fragmentation fractions and production cross section per unit of rapidity at midrapidity ($|y|<0.5$), in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 5.02$ TeV at the LHC. The latter is $\mathrm{d}\sigma^{\mathrm{c\overline{c}}}/\mathrm{d} y|_{|y| < 0.5}=1165\pm 44(\mathrm{stat})^{+134}_{-101}(\mathrm{syst}) \ \mu\mathrm{b}$. [...]

Measurement of K$^{*}$(892)$^{\mathrm{\pm}}$ production in inelastic pp collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
The first results on K$^{*}$(892)$^{\mathrm{\pm}}$ resonance production in inelastic pp collisions at LHC energies of $\sqrt{s} = 5.02$, 8, and 13 TeV are presented. The K$^{*}$(892)$^{\mathrm{\pm}}$ has been reconstructed via its hadronic decay channel K$^{*}$(892)$^{\mathrm{\pm}}$$\rightarrow$$\mathrm {K^0_S}$$~+~\pi^{\pm}$ with the ALICE detector. [...]

Measurement of the Cross Sections of $\Xi^0_{c}$ and $\Xi^+_{c}$ Baryons and of the Branching-Fraction Ratio BR($\Xi^0_{c} \rightarrow \Xi^-{e}^+\nu_{ e}$)/BR($\Xi^0_{c} \rightarrow \Xi^-\pi^+$) in pp collisions at 13 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The $p_{\rm T}$-differential cross sections of prompt charm-strange baryons $\rm \Xi_{c}^{0}$ and $\rm \Xi_{c}^{+}$ were measured at midrapidity (|y| < 0.5) in proton–proton (pp) collisions at a centre-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The $\rm \Xi_{c}^{0}$ baryon was reconstructed via both the semileptonic decay ($\rm \Xi_{c}^{0} \rightarrow \Xi^{-}e^+ \nu$) and the hadronic decay ($\rm \Xi_{c}^{0} \rightarrow \Xi^{-} \pi^{+}$) channels. Investigating the role of strangeness in baryon–antibaryon annihilation at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
Annihilation dynamics plays a fundamental role in the baryon-antibaryon interaction ($\rm{B}\mbox{-}\rm{\overline{B}}$) at low-energy and its strength and range are crucial in the assessment of possible baryon bound states. Experimental data on annihilation cross sections are available for the $\rm{p}\mbox{-}\rm{\overline{p}}$ system but not in the low relative momentum region. [...]

First measurements of $N$-subjettiness in central Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 2.76$ TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The ALICE Collaboration reports the first fully-corrected measurements of the $N$-subjettiness observable for track-based jets in heavy-ion collisions. This study is performed using data recorded in pp and Pb$-$Pb collisions at centre-of-mass energies of $\sqrt{s} = 7$ TeV and $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 2.76$ TeV, respectively. [...]

Experimental Evidence for an Attractive p-$\phi$ Interaction / ALICE Collaboration
This Letter presents the first experimental evidence of the attractive strong interaction between a proton and a $\phi$ meson. The result is obtained from two-particle correlations of combined $p-\phi \oplus \overline{p}-\phi$ pairs measured in high-multiplicity p-p collisions at $\sqrt{s}~=~13$ TeV by the ALICE collaboration. Kaon–proton strong interaction at low relative momentum via femtoscopy in Pb–Pb collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
In quantum scattering processes between two particles, aspects characterizing the strong and Coulomb forces can be observed in kinematic distributions of the particle pairs. The sensitivity to the interaction potential reaches a maximum at low relative momentum and vanishing distance between the two particles. [...]

Measurement of the production cross section of prompt $ {\Xi}_{\mathrm{c}}^0 $ baryons at midrapidity in pp collisions at $ \sqrt{s} $ = 5.02 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The transverse momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) differential cross section of the charm-strange baryon $\Xi^0_{\rm c}$ is measured at midrapidity ($|y|<$ 0.5) via its semileptonic decay into ${\rm e^{+}}\Xi^{-}\nu_{\rm e}$ in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The ratio of the \pt-differential $\Xi^0_{\rm c}$-baryon and ${\rm D^0}$-meson production cross sections is also reported. [...]
