Abstract	A selection of recent LHCb results on $CP$ violation in the $B$ system is presented. These include direct $CP$ violation measurements in $B^0 \to \phi K^*(892)^0$, $B_{(s)}^0 \to K^\pm\pi^\pm$, $B^\pm \to K^\pm \pi^+\pi^-$, $B^\pm \to K^\pm K^+K^-$ and $B^\pm \to \phi K^\pm$ decays; time-dependent $CP$ violation measurements in $B_s^0 \to K^+K^-$ and $B^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decays; determination of the flavour-specific $CP$-violating asymmetry $a_{sl}^s$ in $B_s^0$ decays; and study of the mixing-induced $CP$ violation in $B_s^0 \to J/\psi K^+K^-$ and $B_s^0 \to J/\psi \pi^+\pi^-$ decays.
