FEDRIGONI 'Imaginative colours' campaign.
The aim of this competition brief was to promote the new selections of paper colours using a variety of medias.

Concept
-
Become part of the imaginative colour campaign by entering a fashion photograph you have taken. Use the imaginative colour translator to create a five swatch colour scheme based on your image.

Voting would take place and selected winners would be published in a direct mail zine that presents your photography and colour scheme in a tactile form. Your colour scheme will be showcased through five full page paper samples with page details for each colour. This helps give an idea of how printed material would look.

A exhibition would follow the mail promo, showcasing the finalists of the fashion photography competition. Their images and chosen colour schemes displayed alongside many paper textures and surfaces for you to interact with. As you enter the event you would receive a scratch away polaroid that reveals one of the 262 samples.


Paper Selection Tool

The imaginative colours tool consists of four fan style paper booklets, divided into sections of: warm, cool and neutral colours. The tool contains a total of 262 samples of paper which enable graphic designers to choose the best shade and or most suitable surface for their next publication.
