| It always amazes me that statues by Salvador Dali are on display in the centre of town. There's no guard, you can walk up and touch them, climb on them- and they must be worth a fortune. Don't think they'd last long in the UK. Metal thieves would have them. Perhaps it's because the Spanish cops are a scarier prospect than the British police. Anyway, this is called Gala Diva and it's one of my favourites- it's very graceful and delicate- and although it's cast in bronze, she seems to fly. |
