Objectives of the processing and legal grounds for the processing

Your data will be processed to enable PSP to send you a newsletter containing information of a marketing, commercial and informational nature about PSP’s products and services and entities working with PSP.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, namely the basis referred to in Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”).

Period for which your data will be stored

Your personal data will be processed for the time that the newsletter is sent by PSP or until you withdraw your consent to the receipt of the newsletter.

Recipients of the data

Your data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on the controller’s instructions, e.g. IT service providers or marketing agencies – such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the controller and only in accordance with the controller’s instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to demand its correction, deletion and the restriction of its processing. To the extent to which the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing conducted on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. To the extent to which your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you also have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to obtain your personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may send this data to another data controller. You are also entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, namely the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
